The main purpose of the statutory register, available at www.scsi.ie/register, is to
ensure that anyone using the title Building Surveyor or Quantity Surveyor has the
recognised qualifications, training and experience in accordance with the Building
Control Act, 2007. All members of the team at Harris Coyle Breen Chartered Quantity Surveyors are on the Register.
