Tenders have been sought for the proposed construction works project at St Johns Central College, Cork. The works generally comprise the re-roofing (finishes and structural modifications) of the former St. John’s Episcopalian church (originally built in 1840). Harris Coyle Breen undertook the role of Employers Consultant Quantity Surveyors.
