Work commenced on site as part of the €200m Cork North West Quarter Regeneration Plan, with the appointment of Deermount Construction as main Contractor for Phase 1A. This phase comprises a total of 23 number residential units located between Kilmore Road Lower & Kiliney Heights.

Chartered Quantity Surveying Services for the development are being provided by Harris Coyle Breen.
